Ingredients:
25ml Campari | 25ml Gin | 25ml Red Vermouth | Orange slice

Method:
Fill a rocks glass with ice, pour in the spirits and stir gently, then garnish with a fresh slice of orange.

“Invented by Count Camillo Negroni in Florence in 1919 – who asked his friend Fosco Scarselli, bartender of the Caffe Casoni in Frenze, to add a touch of gin rather than soda in his Americano, in honor of his last trip in London – the cocktail was finally named after the count who adore it.
The Negroni is today one of the most popular cocktails in existence, served in the world’s best bars by the best bartenders. Each will no doubt have a signature serve but the classic method, made simply in the glass so as not to disturb the delicate botanicals in the Campari, remains the most popular execution. The perfect balance of bitter and sweet, there is simply no Negroni without Campari.”
